"I do like shopping at PCC, but the..."
I do like shopping at PCC, but the sales are kind of hit or miss for me. Sometimes the promo prices are actually helpful, like on apples, berries, salad greens, tomatoes, or whatever produce happens to be in season. But then I’ll still see plenty of things that feel expensive, like snacks, yogurt, frozen meals, cheese, or even basic pantry stuff. I’ve started checking the deals before I go, because otherwise I end up grabbing things and realizing at checkout that I didn’t really save much. It’s a nice store, just not always the bargain I’m hoping for.

"I usually end up at PCC when I’m..."
I usually end up at PCC when I’m looking for some specialty ingredient or a random item that regular grocery stores just don’t seem to carry. They’ve got a lot of the better brands, good bulk options, and those little hard-to-find things that save me from driving all over town. The prices are definitely a bit higher sometimes, but it’s worth it when I literally don’t want to stop at three different stores. It’s always a nice, easy shopping experience.

"I come here often, and..."
I come here often, and compared to a lot of other stores, the staff here just feels way more welcoming. They usually say hi, help me track down what I’m looking for, and don’t act annoyed if I ask something simple.
Checkout is usually smooth too. Even when it’s busier than usual, they still seem patient and friendly, which I definitely notice compared to places where everyone seems rushed. Overall, it’s just a nice, easy place to shop.

"Feels like a neighborhood co-op"
I really like the vibe here. The people are friendly, and it actually feels like a real community, not just a place you stop by. It’s simple, useful, and just feels good to be part of.

"Produce can be really inconsistent"
The produce here is kind of hit or miss. Some of the veggies are totally fine and fresh, but I’ve had berries and greens go bad way faster than I expected. It’s not awful, but when I’m already mentally drained and just trying to get groceries without thinking too hard, the inconsistency gets frustrating.

"Checkout was quick and no hassle"
Had a smooth checkout on pccmarkets.com tbh. I found what I needed, added everything to my cart, and it updated without any weird glitches or making me redo stuff.
The whole thing only took a few mins, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Super simple and no drama, which is basically all I wanted lol.

"Really good prepared food when I just can’t cook"
I’ve picked up prepared meals from PCC a bunch of times now, they’ve been really, really solid. The salads taste fresh, the hot bar food doesn’t have that old or greasy feel, and the soups are usually way better than I’m expecting.
It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but for the quality, I’m fine paying a little more. It’s such a nice backup after work when I’m tired, tired, and don’t want to cook but still want something that feels like real food.

"I’ve stopped in here a few times, and..."
I’ve stopped in here a few times, and it’s a bit hit or miss. The deli items can be good when they’re fresh, but I remember one time getting something that was on the dry side and it kind of stuck with me. The bakery has some really good muffins that remind me of grabbing a treat on a slow morning, but the bread can get hard if you come by later in the day. It’s not a bad place, just a little uneven for what you pay.

"You Can Tell They Know Their Stuff"
The staff were really helpful and seemed to know exactly what they were talking about. Just from their tone, I got the impression they’d answered questions like mine plenty of times before, which made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring.

"things i needed were out of stock"
i went in hoping to grab a few usual items, but a lot of what i needed wasn’t available. it’s happened a few times now, so it can be a little frustrating when i’m trying to get everything in one trip.

"Okay vegan options, but nothing too exciting"
They do have some vegan options, which I appreciated, but reading between the lines, it kind of feels like they’re more of an afterthought than anything special. It was decent enough, just not the kind of place I’d go out of my way for.

"Shockingly, the organic stuff is actually good"
I pretty much always find solid organic produce and snacks here, which is a nice little miracle in the grocery store universe. The prices are okay, not exactly giving-it-away levels because apparently food costs money, but the selection is consistently good.
"Easy to find what I need"
I’ve had a good time using the site. It’s simple to move around, and the sections are laid out in a way that just kind of makes sense, if that makes sense. I can get to weekly deals or store info without having to click around forever, and the clean layout definitely helps
"Store is pretty much always clean"
I’ve been to PCC quite a few times, and the store almost always looks clean and well kept. The floors, shelves, and produce section all seem like they’re looked after, which makes shopping there feel a lot more pleasant.

"I’ve ordered from PCC a few times now..."
I’ve ordered from PCC a few times now, the meat and seafood have been really fresh each time. The salmon especially stood out to me because it didn’t have that fishy smell at all, and it cooked up really nicely. The chicken and steaks have been solid too, good quality and not packed with a bunch of weird extra liquid like you sometimes see. The prices definitely aren’t the cheapest, but I kind of feel like I’m getting what I’m paying for, if that makes sense

"Good stuff, but yeah, a little pricey haha"
I do like shopping at PCC, and the quality is usually solid. The prices can be a bit hard to justify sometimes though, haha. Some things feel worth it, especially the produce and bulk items, but regular groceries can add up really fast. I still stop by, just not usually for a full weekly grocery run

"Helpful in the end, but a little slow"
I’ll give PCC Markets credit because the person who got back to me was polite and seemed to actually understand my order question. It didn’t feel like some copy-paste response, which I appreciated.
That said, the reply took longer than I was hoping for, and when you’re waiting on an answer about an order, even a quick update would make a difference. They did get it sorted in the end, so I’m not upset, just hoping they can speed things up a bit next time.

"pickup and delivery always on time"
i’ve used the pickup and delivery a few times now, and it’s been on time every single time. my orders have been right too. no weird surprises or issues so far
"Really like the local stuff they have"
I always end up finding local produce here, which is nice because it feels fresh and kind of close to home, if that makes sense. It just feels better buying it here.

"Pretty good overall, just a little hit or miss"
I shop at PCC every now and then, and for the most part I feel like the quality is usually solid. The produce is often fresh, and I’ve had some bakery and deli stuff there that I’d definitely get again.
That said, it’s not always totally consistent. I’ve picked up fruit that went soft sooner than I expected, and a couple packaged things didn’t taste quite as fresh as I figured they would, though maybe that just happens sometimes.
Overall, I still think it’s a good place to shop, just maybe not perfect for the price every single time. I still go there, but I’ve started checking things a bit more carefully before I buy.
